cannout launch lookout 6.6 after download

Hi,

 

I'm getting an error when launching Lookout. I'm only using the evaluation trial package. Get an error: Fail to connect the citadel service. I've completed some checks already...checking that files are not Read Only. I've also checked that smgr.exe is running but this file does not exist in the folder C:\Program Files\National Instruments\Shared\Logos??

 

Any help would be appreciated.

Administrator account?

Have you verified that the NI services are running in Administrative Tools > Services?
