after powerfailure, all data of citadel is not seen by trendchart. How can I see old data?

after powerfialure, all data is not seen by trendchart.

So, I reinstall Logos, then new data is seen, but all old data is not seen.

How can I see the old data?

Check out the Knowledge base article titled: "Can I Fix a Corrupted Database in Lookout 4?" If you search the Knowledge Base with its document ID, 20RFHFJ6, you will get that article. This solution has always worked when I have had problems accessing the data in Citadel.

What will most likely work (as described in the article) is the deletion of tdx.tdx. I must caution you: Read the article before you proceed with any file deletions!

BTW, it will help if when you post a question to include the version of Lookout you are using. I assumed in my answer you are using Lookout 4.x.x
