Priority 0 alarm logging

I was wondering if there is any method of logging priority 0 alarms; the reason being is that I would like to be able to see when user accounts log in and log out of Lookout (such as an Operator logging in at 4:00 PM on 10/02/2013). I see the priority 0 alarms in the alarms window displaying whenever a user account logs in or out, but this is not ideal as these can be cleared (acknowledged). I have also tried Alarms > Print, but that function does not print priorty 0 alarms.

This problem has been solved. Go to Alarms > Print and print a Journal.csv file from whatever dates you'd like. I was trying the snapshot.csv option instead at first because I assumed that they would provide the same information, but I was wrong. The snapshot.csv option ignores priority 0 alarms, whereas the Journal.csv option includes the priority 0 alarms as well.
