I am using SCADATec phone dialer software with Lookout and get the error   class is not licensed for use Class ID FF9BD2DC-D599-4AE9-AEB6-07F95900DD77    when connecting to OPC Server. It will see it just not connect. I have loaded latest OPC core components this did not help.

I am using Lookout 6.7.1 Development runtime with license.
