I have an Installation of Lookout 6.6 which stopped working. It would hang at the splash screen. After trying a re-install it again failed. I have also tried uninstalling and installing Lookout 6.7. It gives me the error "Fail to connect the Citadel service". Processes - MSSQL$CITADEL is running. Citadel5 will not start automatically or manually. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.

Uninstall all NI products.
Uninstall SQL Server
Reinstall Lookout.

I have uninstalled and reinstalled Lookout and SQL Server more than once. It has not remedied the issue.
Re-install with Lookout 6.5/6.6 - Hangs on Startup (National Instruments Splash Screen)
Re-install with Lookout 6.7 - Hangs on Startup with error message "Fail to connect the Citadel service"
