Lookout gets hanged

Subject: Lookout

Dear sir,

There is one problem in Lookout can you help us?

Sir there is one PC with Windows 98. This PC is connected in Network.
On this PC other software such as Corel Draw, Internet explorer
with Modem connection for web browsing and for other features.
Also there is Macffe Antivirus software is also installed on it.

When we install the Lookout Evaluation CD, it gets installed
properlly without any difficulty. But when we try to open the
Lookout software it gives an message that Lookout has performed an
illigal operation. If we go into details of message it informs that
"There is page fault has occured in MSVCRT.DLL file."

We tried the same Lookout Evaluation CD on other ma
chines with
same software installed on them as in above PC. But still it is
giving same problem.

Then we tried that same CD on our PC with Win 98 which is Individaul
PC. It does not have other software on it. On this machine the Lookout
software is geting opened properlly without any problem.

Now can you tell us that what could be the solution?
Because the end customer wants that the Lookout Evaluation CD
should be installed on there machine which is having all other
softwares loaded on it.

Hi,

What version of Lookout Eval do you have? Does the computer name start with a number perchance?
