Lookout Integrator issue

I'm trying to use Lookout Integrator 6.5 to modify and test our SCADA program. However, my Lookout integrator sometime works and some time not.

The Lookout Integrator may load my program and run properly today but can't load my program the next day. I captured the screen when it has problem and put the screenshot file in the attachment.

 

Is there any one know what caused the problem and how to get it solved?
