Mike, what's your email address. I forgot it. I have something for you to try. We had a similar issue in Lookout 6.1, actually it was in Citadel 5.3.
UPDATE: Ryan from NI sent me a software update for Citadel with an apparent known issue in the ODBC connection. We are deploying the fix on Monday at the primary machine and will monitor.
I remember that NI used to supply zip files with "fixes" for other version of lookout (4-5.1) on the website/ftp. Last one I have seen get one was 6.0, granted it required a complete reinstall with 6.0.2 that was available on the website/ftp. Would be nice to see this on current versions?
