Lookout 6.7.1 and GE RX3I

We have just upgraded a water treatment plant PLC (GE 90-30 to GE RX3I) but I can't seem to get Lookout 6.7.1 to connect to our W7 server using either the GE SNP 9030 serial driver or the GE Versamax Ethernet driver.  I've confirmed solid communication using both serial and ethernet from the GE Machine Edition software without any issues.

Hi,

Did you succeed using Ethernet protocol to connect GE 90-30 to Lookout? I suggest you using OPC server(which is intallered together with Lookout) to have a try, this software also concludes drivers for GE 90-30 to GE RX3I, you can use it to verify if the problem comes from the hardware.
