Lookout 6.7.1 Licensing Broken in WIndows 10 (x64) 1607

So I now have two different installs on WIndows 10 x64 with the latest annual update (1607) and neither will go into edit mode or creating a new file or managing licensing or users.

Even though NI Licence Manager reports full development license is activated/good, Lookout Registration info reports:

Serial No: A00S00000

Not registered.

License type: Runtime/Client license

Unlimited I/O points.

This needs to be fixed!

Can you tell me where is the Lookout registration info? It seems that the supported OS for Lookout6.7.1 are Windows 8 (32-bit and 64-bit) Windows 7 (32-bit and 64-bit) Windows Vista (32-bit and 64-bit) Windows XP SP3 (32-bit) Windows Server 2003 R2 (32-bit) Windows Server 2008 R2 (64-bit). I think maybe this is the cause.

No, WIndows 10 (32-bit and SysWOW64) are supported.  WIndows 10, version 1607 is now public, official and available to everyone.  NI will fix this, hopefully soon.  I have a support ticket open and have passed through initial screening already.

Hi, I have installed Lookout 6.7.1 in my Win10(version 1607), it can be activated correctly and it can be used normally, so I think there is something wrong with your installation package or installation process, you can download a fresh installation package again and reinstall it, maybe the problem will be solved.
