Use this tool to catch a crash memory dump

http://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/sysinternals/dd996900

 

It's a command tool. Input below command in cmd

procdump -e lookout.exe c:\crash.dmp

 

Upload the crash dump to ftp://ftp.ni.com/incoming
