We have a system of 3 networked nods (1 server and 2 clients) running the Lookout 6.5 on top of Win7 x64 with the same problem. We can not prevent users from switching to other applications and opening Windows Start menu while they are in Lookout app.
The same version (6.5) is working well in other configuration with Windows XP.
Any idea?
Could it be a compatibility problem with Win7 x64 and Filter Keyboard Driver?
We need the solution urgently.

This could be used as an alernative: http://www.autohotkey.com/docs/misc/Remap.htm

I am not sure that this would be the right solution.
We need to maintain the functionality of Lookout keyboard interface which means two maps of keys. One set for Administrator and the other for operator. We also need some way to detect security level of logged person to switch mappings accordingly.
I think this could be done only by the low level system keyboard driver like the one included with the Lookout. Unfortunately we can not make it to work.
We are still waiting for confirmation of the compatibility problem. I hope that someone from NI support have some suggestion.

We received an information from NI that it is a Win x64 compatibility issue. Unfortunately there isn't a quick solution right now.
