Lookout 4 fails

I have a question. I've installed Lookout 4.0 into Win 95 and the installation
goes fine. After installation computer will be restarted. Win 95 raises fine
and Lookout work nicely. After I shut down the machine and start it again
the Lookout fails to start. Service manager reports: Citadel service not
loaded and Time sync service not loaded. Has anyone had problems like this.

If the computer is not on the network you will need to create/edit a fine to indicate it is not on the network. If you do not have a LOGOS.INI in your Windows sub-directory (Windows for Windows 9x or WinNT for NT) create a new one and add the entries below:

[LogosSockets]
NoNetwork=1

Also recommend contacting NI for Lookout 4.0.1 build 61 or upgrading to Lookout 4.5.1 build 18.
