I am looking for help. We are logging data to a CSV file. And would like to display the time and data gathered at the last interval (this is needed to verify that the data was logged), in a display in Lookout 4.0.1

Any reason that you are not using the Citadel database to do this? If the data were being logged to the Citadel database, you could use the SQLExec object to directly pull the data.

Reading a CSV file is much more difficult. One thing you could do is have the CSV file opened by MS-Excel, and then have MS-Excel pull the info needed into one or more cells of known location. Then, a DDELink could be used to read the information from those cells. On the MS-Excel side, the whole operation could probably be automated into a Macro. However, I would still recommend using the Citadel database, which is a fundamental component of Lookout.
