Flickering effect displaying panel with enablerestoreoption set to false - Lookout 6.6

Hi folks

 

There is a side effect in the use of the enablerestoreoptions of the panel objects: a difference in the way the panels are diplayed if the enablerestoreoptions is FALSE. You can see a flicker effect much more bigger than the option is TRUE.

Look at the attached project. In it there'a a little readme file explaning the project.
