Is it OK to assume I can use the Allen  Bradley Micrologix 1500 driver for lesser ML models (ML1000, ML1200)? All that is listed is the 1500, but it's all DF1 protocol.

The protocol is the same, and the difference seems to be the memory size. I cannot guarantee the full functionality.

The Allen Bradley MicroLogix has a DF1 Radio Modem selection in the PLC's communication configuration, but what Lookout driver would I use with this?

Options->Serial ports, you can configure the port for hardwired, Dial-up, or Radio.
