Does anyone out there use labview 6i for medical research.

I need to build a block diagram to read two blood flows, heart rate and nerve activity.

What you need is really not very unique. In terms of software, all you really need is an application that is capable of reading four channels of (slow) analog input. Check the examples that ship with LV and you'll find a lot of ideas on how to build things--and maybe an application you can use as-is.

As far as the hardware goes, the main complicating factor is whether the sensors you're using are invasive. If they aren't, it's again a pretty straight-forward process. If they are invasive, you'll need to use all the appropriate safeguards to prevent electrocuting the patient (typically a BAD thing). Still, the methods for safely applying invasive instrumentation are well-documented and not LV- or even NI-specific.
