why i'm getiing indeclared identifier "PANEL"

i had made the following code:

but when debugging i had always the following errors 

why i'm getiing indeclared identifier "PANEL"

When you create an user interface this results in two files, the UI file and a corresponding include file which you should include in your code...

#include "IOLOGIC-dll-TCP-IP.h"
