I ran across this ability in CVI but haven't found a good explanation of what they are and when would I use them.

I would like to help you out. I was just wondering were you ran across this information about repeated capabilities. Was it in the CVI user manual?

Hi Josh, I ran across them breifly in the edit attributes section of CVI - range tables.

I also read about them in the IVI specs at the IVI Foundation site, specifically IVI-3.1 & 3.5.

I think I have a pretty good handle on that now.
