Using InetSendMail is great, unless you need to use authenticated SMTP. I am really surprised to have found out that this is not supported in CVI. I think it is high time that this functionality is added. When will that be ? In the meantime, the only other solution I have found, and that I am currently using, is to use InetSendMail through an open SMTP server service, such as SMTP2GO ( www.smtpcorp.corp ), using sender address authentication. Are there any other solutions to this dilemma in the meantime ?? Thanks !!

Hi hjb,
Take a look at the following related forum post. You'll notice there has already been an idea exchange post created about this and you can add a kudo to this idea so R&D can better track it.
