Hello
On a program which worked fine so far a customer experienced a problem at installation.
After 75% of installation he got a "Rolling back action" window and later a message "The installation has failed".
The operating system is Windows Vista.
The same program has been installed by several customers on Win Vista and Win7 systems without a problem.
So I'm wondering what could create this "Rolling back action" on this computer.
Has someone a suggestion?

Reading your post seems like the application was reinstalled.
Few suggestions
1. Was the application uninstalled before re-installing
2. Was it used by any other processes or user when attempted to install.
Which language is the installer created?
