not able to run a customer writen program in Labview

I am using a NI AT-MIO-16E-10 board in conjunction with a custom writeen labview data acquisition program. It has bee running great until the computer was out of order recently. When I try to reinstall the custom writeent labview data acquisiton program, it shows a message as "please find the file 'shrink to XII 16 bit'". I don't know if it's a file from labview or the custom writeen program, and how to solve the problem.

This definitely sounds like a non-LabVIEW file. Is the error message looking for a VI with that name? If this file exists you can look for it manually depending on your operating system. If you are in Windows then you can click Start->Search to perform a search for this file. Linux will have a similar file-search feature. Please post back if you are still having trouble. Good luck!

Lab-Windows CVI would ask one to find a missing file if one was moved
elsewhere out of the expected directories in the search path. As suggested
by NI in this thread, try locating the file first
. Additionally, you may
also want to search the original installation disk for this missing file. If
you do not find the required file then just put a dummy file by same name to
see what other message/s you get
