I need to get some information to help explain this problem.
What version of cvirte.dll is located in the System folder?
Can you find mesa.dll in [Program Files]\National Instruments\Shared\Mesa ?
Mesa is a common part shared between all NI application software. It was not introduced until CVI 6.0. I think that LabVIEW has some features that will upgrade the CVI Runtime Engine to a newer version. That is the reason I am asking the above questions.
