This might be related to a bug that was reported (Bug ID: 472358), where watch expressions are duplicated if you terminate execution while the Watch window is closed.  The work around is to either manually delete watch expressions or make sure the Watch window is open when you terminate execution. I have added this case to the bug report to give it higher priority for our next release.
