how to run a GPIB program in labwindows/cvi 4.0 with win 2000/xp?

I tried to run the exemple of the use of GPIB, but it returns me this error: "DLL init Error:
"Could not find the function or variable ´CalcChildScroll´in the DLL
"user32.dll". I tried to run a GPIB program design by myself and it´s the
same, anytime that I use a GPIB command, this happens, Rigth now I`m using LabWindows/CVI 4.0 under Windows 2000, I also tried
changing the operating system to windows XP and shows the same error.
Please tell me how to solve this.

LabWindows/CVI 4.0 is not compatible with Win 200 or XP. Please check the link below,

LabWindows/CVI and the Platforms It Supports

You can upgrade to LabWindows/CVI 6.0, which is the current version and compatible with Win 200 and XP. Also, please make sure you have the latest GPIB driver installed on your machine.
