distribution kit creating directories and subdirectories

Distribution Kit: I am adding a file in File Group which resides within a subdirectory. When installing software the subdirectory does not get created but the file is added to the application directory. How can the subdirectory be created??

If I understand corectly, you need to use the "Relative Path" option on the screen where you define your groups. The catch is that the groups are just lists of files, independent of their source path. If you need certain files in a folder on the target machine, make a special group for them and use the "Relative Path" option.
