displaying string of booleab buttons when second is pressed.

Suppose that i have four binary buttons i.e. a, b, c, and d

when b is pressed after a it should be displayed "a-b"

Similarly if c is pressed after a then it should be displayed "a-c"

if a pressed after d, should be displayed "d-a"

Hello ABBPAK,

last time you posted a similar question you were working in LabVIEW: is this true even for this question? If so, you should repost it in the LV forum.

If not, what exactly is your question? Have you coded something and are getting errors, or your code does not work the way you want, or some other situation?

Could you post the relevan fragment of your code?

Proud to use LW/CVI from 3.1 on.

Hi ABBPK,

If you are working in LabVIEW then I recently created an example VI that does exactly what you require. It can be found here:

https://decibel.ni.com/content/docs/DOC-37038

This example can easily be adapted to use strings instead of numeric values.

In future could you ensure that you are posting your questions to the correct forum. If you are using LabVIEW then the forum you need is http://forums.ni.com/t5/LabVIEW/bd-p/170

I hope this helps.
