analysis.h location with LabWindows/CVI 8.5

Hello,

With LabWindows/CVI 8.1, the file analysis.h was located on c:\Program Files\National Instruments\CVI81\include\

I have now installed LabWindows/CVI 8.5 and analysis.h is located on c:\Documents and Settings\All Users\Application Data\National Instruments\CVI85\include\. This is the only include file located here.

Does something went wrong during the install? Why moving this file outside c:\Program Files\National Instruments\CVI85\include\ where all the others files are located?

Best regards,
Yannick

Nothing went wrong in the installation. The change was intentional. The reason for it has to do with properly supporting UAC under Vista. The analysis library had to be installed to a different location, since in some cases those files need to modified by CVI, post-installation.

This change should not have any discernible impact on CVI projects. Are you seeing any errors, or any other odd behavior?
