WHERE ARE 'userint.h' and 'ansi_c.h'?

I'm trying to compile some VC++ examples included in the NI-IMAQ CVI software, but the compiler can't find these header files:
userint.h
ansi_c.h
utility.h

How can I get these files?

They are located in the following directory:

[CVI_INSTALL_DIR (i.e. C:\Program Files\National Instruments\CVI70\) ]\Include

I have LV 6.1 and I cannot find the same files: userint.h, formatio.h, utility.h, visa.h and vpptype.h. I have no directory ..\National Instruments\CVI70\..

LabWindows/CVI 6 installed in a different directory as it was part of Measurement Studio collection: you will find CVI installation in c:\program files\National Instruments\Measurement Studio\CVI, where you will see the include subdirectory.

Using LW/CVI from 3.1 on.
