Let me first suggest to choose some more meaningful tittles of your post...

The code you show has a function call (rszvb_ChannelTraceExportDataWithOptions) from a library from the company Rohde & Schwarz, so they should be able to provide some documentation - it is not a library from NI / CVI

Ah I make always mistakes between library from R&S and library from NI.
