How can I set the DAQ task conditions in VI logger to acquire during daylight hours only, without having to manually start the task every day? (i.e. no date conditions)

Ben,

Unfortunately, this is not possible with VI Logger. You posted this question under LabWindows/CVI. If you do have CVI, you could use this environment to create an application that logs data each day during the daylight hours.
