Thanks for posting the MAX Technical Report for me.
I want to have you try something. Sometimes if you install a device driver when a device it supports is currently plugged into the computer (particularly with USB), that specific device has trouble being recognized by the computer once the driver finishes its installation.
Just in case this is a factor with the issues we are seeing, I have a troubleshooting step I would like you to try. Try unplugging the USB-4065 from your computer, then repairing the NI-DMM driver. After the repair installation is complete, restart the computer, then reconnect the USB-4065. Let me know if this causes any changes. Given the unusal behavior we are seeing, this may be worth a try.

Finally I did a bunch of software updates and latest drivers installation and problem disappeared.
