Tooltip on a graph?

Hi,

I've used other C software that allowed me to pop up a tooltip when the mouse hovered over a data point on a graph.  I'm using LW/CVI 2012 to display an XY Plot of 1500 points and would like to be able to display some details of each individual point as the user points the mouse at them.

Is there any way to do this (or anything creatively similar) in LW/CVI ?
