Greetings,
I generated a dll from a LabView project and it compiled with no errors or warnings. However when I call it from Labwindows CVI I am getting a windows error "dll is missing from your computer..."
I have the VI and the dll in the same directory as the CVI application. I added the file to the executable (see attached) - actually the program runs in executable mode but not in Debug mode.
As an experiment I did a much simpler VI/CVI combo and that in fact worked- I followed the same process for my real project but am getting the errors I mentioned.
I have not run regsvr32 on the dll- is that necessary? Does that even work for Win7?
Some screen shots are attached.
Any thoughts?
Thanks,
-don
