...so in order to reproduce your results the value of w and your y-array would be required

Dear,
Please you find attached the data, ch1, and ch2, the waveforms of the two singals which I calulated the phase.
For each (ch1,ch2), I noticed in the folder the phase which I have found using NonLinearFitWithMaxIters function.
I have here 4 samples of data (8 arrays)
for data 1, the phase I have found between ch1 and ch2 =0.279942
for data_2, phase=-5.564697
for data_3, phase=0.300977
for data_4,phase=-5.554908
I calculate the phase between ch1 and ch2,.i.e; phase of ch1-phase of ch2 in degree.
For each array I have 1252 points (the size of the array v_array).
For w= 2*pi*40.68 MHz=2*pi*40.68*1e6 (the frequecy of the two signals is exactly 40.68 mega HZ).
Could you please tell em why the function gives me these two groups of phase?

Hi,
I am wondering if you played the sample data that I have sent to you, and if you have found any explication for the issue of NonLinearFitWithMaxIters function?

I did not forget about the issue, but since I need to write the code to read your data etc. myself (you did not provide a test project) and since I do this in my spare time turnaround times are not immediate. I am interested in this question myself so I will have a look but I can not promise when I will be able to do so.
