All the available GPIB drivers that NI has can be downloaded at: www.ni.com/idnet.
I did a quick search and couldn't find anything on this particular device/ You'll usually find more instrument driver for traditional instruments, such as DMMs, Scope, Signal Generators, etc.
What you need to do is get the documentation for the temperature chamber. It should be documented how to control the chamber remotely. You need to determine the communication bus used (RS-232, GPIB, etc) and the command set that the chamber recognizes. With this information you can then use LabVIEW to send these commands to the chamber.
