At this point the problem could be either hardware or the driver. You can try this PXI-4070 device in another PXI chassis or another slot in the current PXI controller. You could also go to the Windows Device Manager and delete the PXI-4070 from the Data Acquisition Devices folder and then scan for new hardware changes to re-detect the board. This may clear up any issue with the driver properly detecting the hardware. Additionally, if none of these suggestions work you could uninstall and reinstall the NI-DAQ driver. To do this I would recommend removing the PXI-4070 from the PXI chassis, removing the driver, reinstalling the driver, and reinserting the PXI-4070 hardware.
