I can't understand why I always get a good status when connecting to a
DDE service that is not running.I explain:
my dde client use ConnectToDDEServer() and get a good status even if
the server is not running. More, I can't really connect using the
network.It works fine on the same PC. I register a service who's name
"\\Eng_3\Test" and Eng_3 is my computer's name.DDE Spy shows that the
service is registered, but the client displays a windows that is not
refreshed : I can't see what is displayed.Probably a login form.
What is the procedure to allow another computer to connect using DDE
?.
