Hi, Can i do make a distribution of an application(Developed in cvi/labwindows),in which i used 2 data aquisiton devices of 2 different companies one of 'National Instruments' and 2nd one is other than National Instruments(That is a data aquisition device of 'Advantech'). Thanks Imran

Creating an application to install a CVI executable and all necessary support files / libraries is accomplished via functions included in Build >> Distributions menu.

I suggest you read the online help in the section Using LabWindows/CVI >> Managing projects >> Building a project >> Distributing applications (see here for the same content on NI site). There are also several discussions on the forum regarding this item.

Besides NI software, you'll have to add necessary libraries for the third party acquisition board in Drivers & Components tab.
