Line cut command missing in CVI 2013

Solved!
Go to solution

I just switched from CVI 2012 to 2013.  I would like to implement the line cut command (Ctrl-Y) in 2013, but as far as I can tell there is no line cut command available in the Options->Change Shortcut Keys menu. Is line cut avialable in 2013?

As default, Ctrl+Y is used for Edit/Redo, so you first would need to free this key. In the Change Shortcut Keys window, right click on the line Redo / Ctrl+Y and select Change Key...

I've done that, but there's no "Line cut" entry in the list to assign Ctrl+Y to.

I found the cut line command in the "Miscallenaeous" section.  It works now.  Thanks!
