Installation of CVI 6.0

I got an error msg "Installation ended prematurely because of an
error" when installing CVI 6.0. I doubt it may be because I
installed/removed several times CVI5.5/6.0, and other NI apps like
FlexMotion, Ni-Daq, etc. My PC had some residuals which prevents the
installation. (I can still install CVI5.5 though). Pls anyone suggest
what I should do. Thanks.

It sounds like a problem with the registry. Please go to www.ni.com/ask, and request a support (phone or email) so that one of our engineers can help you troubleshoot a registry problem.
