I use NI VXI Controller Version 3.2, Windows 2000, and LabWindows CVI 5.5. I have a little program that just uses InitVXIlibrary() and CloseVXIlibrary(). The InitVXIlibrary() returns -1, which is an error code. I also use MAX and it seems working ok. I can run resman inside of MAX and addresses and device information are retrieved ok. But when I used VXI Interactive Control(VIC), it failed too complaining that initializing kernel device error happened.
