I need some help with a LabWindows generated ActiveX controller, see attached main.c

I'm having trouble getting an ActiveX object to run from LabWindows, it works ok within LabVIEW but I do not want to write the app in that 'language'. Can you view the attached source and give me a clue? Comments are added in the source. Thanks

If you have the type library you can use the "Tools>>Create Active X Controller" wizard. This is the simplest way. This wizard will create a CVI instrument driver for you.
