How to transfer CVI license to another computer?

I am developing CVI code for three similar systems with different computers.  I need to debug the code on one system, getting it working, and then move the license to another computer.  Eventually, I will do a distribution to all three computers and do no further development on those at all, but move the license to a fourth computer.  

So, how do I transfer the license?  I remember seeing a post on this months ago, but cannot seem to find it now, sorry.

For a single seat license, one developer can install and activate LabWindows/CVI on three computers simultaneously. Alternatively, if multiple developers use the license, you may install and activate on one computer at a time.

In this case, you can either activate on all three of your computers if you're the only one using the software, or you can deactivate the computers you aren't using and only activate on the in-use computer.
