How to control parallel port under Japanese Windows2K by using CVI6.0?

Using CVI 6.0, I wrote some program to control parallel port. Under the English Windows OS it works fine. But under JaPanese Windows OS it did not work. I call NI support team they give me some example. I try the example, it behaved same way as my program. The attach files is the example files. Please help and thank you all.
