Have a button perform a function while the mouse is hovered over it

Hello,

I am attempting to have a button perform a function while the mouse is hovered over it. I have investigated the EVENT_MOUSE_POINTER_MOVE and that works for turning on the functionality but it requires a 2nd mouse over to turn the functionality off. What I would like is for the user to be able to place the mouse over the button, turn on its functionality and then when the use moves the mouse off the button, the functionality turns off. I am thinking this would function similarly to a tooltip in that while the mouse is over the button, it is displayed and when its moved off, it is no longer displayed. Any help is greatly appreciated.

Thanks!

Chris
