Error while running the .exe file

I am facing a problem while I move my .exe file built using CVI 2010 to another folder and run it.

When  I run the .exe I get the error shown in the screenshot

That error is quite clear: File not found. As you can see in the dialog, 23_3.uir file is not found by the exe. The .UIR files need to be in the application folder, apparently you have moved only the executable and not all additional files that program may require.
