Error 1325 issue TestStand

Getting an error 1325 when trying to re-install CVI.
The program reports "Error 1325. 'TestStand' is not a valid short file name.". There seems to be only one reported problem so far with this error from last may:

I tried removing a cvi registry folder, what was suggested there and it did'nt work. I can't uninstall the cvi either. I don't have and I never did have the TestStand software installed. I would really appreciate some help on this..
