It means that you specifid an icon file for your project (executable) but it is no longer at the location you previously specified. To remove the icon file or change the path to it, go to Build >> Target Settings and make sure the entry "Application Icon File" is empty. If you indeed want an icon file, then browse to a valid path and rebuild your project.
