Can i use test executive kit with my CVI6.0, do i need to buy test executive kit to install in my CVI6.0.

I loaded one CVI project with error "...cktxeng.obj does not match that used by the current compatibility mode." and "txengine.lib does not match that used by the current compatibility mode. instrument Test Executive Engine not load".

I've had the same problem than you. There is two solution:

1- Change your own compatibility mode to the same one than your test executive version. But that may be tricky if you don't have the source of all dll in your project, in order to re-compile them.

2- the easy way (if you have the source of test exec): re-compile the txengine (.lib and .dll), it took me less than 5mn.
